We are 1/2 through the editing process... we need another 2+ months. We then enter it into a film festival.
Muppetowski: is Trek Nation a movie?
Ausiegirl: So Sundance for 2005 is out?
Admin_EWR: It shows... then distributors (Paramount, 20th Century, Lions Gate...etc) contact us with an offer. (Ideally) We then negotiate and make a deal with one of them.
Then they determine when where and hw it will be released. Long story short, I am comfortable saying by the end of 2006. Yes... it's far a way but still in the 40th anniversary.

Lost Shuttle: with as fast as this year went it may not be so far away
Admin_EWR: We actually had a finished rough cut but it was not what we wanted... so we've had to go back and recut the whole thing.

Admin_EWR: bcc: I wiped my hands of Andromeda back at the begining of productiuon.... I've had nothing to do with it and have not been in the loop. My guess... is no. However, this is only a rumor... Someone somewhere (not me) my be trying to shop it around as a feature. just like firefly. Keep in mind that I get these rumor from other fans not from legitamate sources. I know nothing I am just the local Stooge. lol

Admin_EWR: I wish I could be the "Authority" on this stuff but I get the impression that Paramount do not want the Roddenberry to take part in promoting ST. FYI - Paramount owns 100% of ST for those who do not know. My father sold it in the early 80s.

Admin_EWR: Midnight. EFC was wonderful becasue of the cast and crew and terrible becasue of the tyupical Hollywood BS. I'd say the biggest problem was personal. Someone else" was producing a TV series based on my father concepts.

Admin_EWR: They had little respect for the fans and weight of the Roddenberry name. First season was an excellent first season. The rest was mediocre Sci Fi. In my opn ion.
