Besides the pay cheque? That's a hard one. By the time it finished I felt like Harper had gone where he could go and I was ready to move on. So I never really miss it, I look back at it as a completed thing that I am glad I was lucky enought to be a part of. The people were great to work with.

I shaved my head because I was getting sick of L.A. and the fact that I am now in a strange category. So many projects are seeking the "good-looking 20 year old" lead that I wanted to go even more into a character look. The idea was to hopefull go up for more interesting parts because they are becoming harder and harder to find these days. Maybe that's why I am finding the move behind the camera so appealing these days.

Gordon and I have been trying to work together since I left Tribune but until anything materializes, we just have to be patient. But he knows he has a part in anything I ever get to do. (A little light reading for you) Especially with all the new advances in Wig technology.......

The MX set was like being at Disneyland every day. I wanted to move there! The cast and I were very close and I thought that we were doing some amazing work on that show. Honestly, being on any of the sets was an amazing experience. That's where all the action is.

While shooting EFC, my friends were shooting the X-Men movie across the street. The idea for MX actually started with a conversation between me and one of the X-Men producers. And yes: I am a comic book junkie!! I was then lucky enough to bring on my hero, Howard Chaykin, to develop the show.

That con was my Dad's first and he was floored. You have to understand; I intentionally got them hooked on STNG when I was in High school when it was on in first run. They became addicted and agreed with me (the caliber of acting, writing etc.) So years later for my Dad to see me as a small part of this world he was totally jammed. I have to tell you a funny story though...

Re the ending: I just would have liked to see it go a LOT BIGGER. did everyone read the coda? Something along those lines that tied everything up and resolved the long threads that kind of fell by the wayside. The whole thing just sort of stopped. I think it was the hope for a movie or spinoff that killed it. Nobody would commit to actually ending the story.

Well my board and my main site are actually hosted by 2 different companies. I think this past week they both coincidentally overlapped maintenance so there were a lot of errors across the board (pardon the pun)... But it should be working now. Often the problem is with your browser settings. Email Jips and she'll look into it or forward to me etc.

Re my board: change your browser settings to always check for a new page every time a page loads. When mky site gets updated they only change the content within the flash movies so your browser may not know the content has changed and load the old cached pages; which of course will have out of date links. Got that?

By the way my Grandfather put his house and everything he owned on the line to help start up the teamsters and other labour unions. He was a blue collar soldier and it wasn't until I got older that I realized what a hero he was. I wish I could have talked to him more about it before he died. This is a happy proud thing, not a downer. I hate to admit this, but when Captain Power was filmed, I didn't "have" to wear a mullet... that was in then.

It was one of those things that would lose its funniness... and then he would keep going... and then it would get funny again because of his brashness to keep going with it anyway. Lots of comedy cycles like that. You'll notice sitcoms always use repetition to make something unfunny funny. Nowadays SNL thrives on it: its all they do in fact.
